  • Can I have a file size that is not listed?
    Sure, the easiest way is to purchase the existing listing and them message us with your size requirement. We will email your custom file to you via WeTransfer within 24 hours.
  • How do I and when can I download my files?
    customers will receive links to download their digital products in the thank you page, as well as by email.
  • Where can I print my images?
    There are a range of options, from large department style stores such has Walgreens, Walmart, Officeworks etc as well as places like FedEx, Kinkos and Staples. Online printers such as SnapFish are also an option. Smaller dedicated print and frame shops often offer the best quality. Many of these places have a website that allows for uploading them and having them posted out or you can pop in with your files on a USB drive. Framebrdige is another option for printing and framing, with delivery to your door. We recommend to print on a thick paper in either satin or matte finish.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
